At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note that made-to-order pieces and altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry will not be accepted for return or exchange if it is damaged or shows signs of wear. Deposits on custom orders are nonrefundable.
