ORDER & SHIPPING


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We are happy to provide international shipping. All jewelry pieces are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx and come with tracking.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes! Please email us at info.licojewelry@gmail.com to arrange pickup.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

All of our ready-made items will dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. If you have a delivery concern or require a rushed delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible. 

Our made to order pieces have a lead time of 10 to 15 days before shipping. Please note during the holiday season production delay might be increased to 3-4 weeks.


SHIPPING TO US?

All shipments sent to Lico Jewelry require prior authorization. Shipments sent without prior authorization will be returned to the sender. Shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. We do not cover costs of return shipping. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. If you are shipping fine jewelry, contact your insurance provider to determine your best shipping option.


TAXES & DUTIES

As we are located in the province of Quebec GST/QST, as well as federal tax is charged at checkout.

Please note, all international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. Shipping quotes exclude duties. We will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs.


CUSTOM WORK


Please fill our Bespoke form to initiate any custom jewelry project. 


We are happy to provide recycling and repurposing of gold and gemstones into brand new pieces of jewelry, when possible. Reach out at info.licojewelry@gmail.com for if you have any questions.


Please note custom pieces are not-refundable and not exchangeable.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All eligible purchases can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of pick up/delivery.

Altered (resized or customized) and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Jewelry will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit if it is damaged or shows signs of wear. Deposits are nonrefundable.


JEWELRY CARE


We recommend removing jewelry while doing rough handwork that may damage gemstones and scratch the gold. We also recommend removing jewelry while washing your hands, showering and sleeping.
